⏱️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it's available.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Contact us at info@trivana.co if it still hasn't turned up within 3 days of the delivery date.
